Weimar is dominated by its parks: right in the city centre is the great Park on the River Ilm/Park an der Ilm, an English landscape garden whose design was strongly influenced by Goethe. No less impressive are the palace gardens at Tiefurt or Belvedere. Whichever of these you choose for a guided walk, you can then visit one of the associated castles at Tiefurt or Belvedere. In the Park an der Ilm you can visit the Roman House, which Carl August had built after Goethe's trip to Italy.
