The Herderplatz takes visitors back in time. Many traders offer handmade goods for sale. Mead, fruit wines and traditional delicacies are all on offer. Medieval music provides a fitting backdrop, while demonstrations of old crafts and the rustic tavern invite visitors to linger.

For the youngest visitors there is a children's activity programme and a children's carousel.
