Service on Pentecost Monday

with gospel choir The Jakob Singers

Pentecost is not only the birthday of the church but also a holiday which reminds us that the church is and always has been international. Therefore we invite all those who like to worship in English to a service on Pentecost Monday at the Jakobskirche in Weimar.

We will listen to scriptural readings, sing traditional and modern hymns and celebrate Pentecost in community with one another. There will also be music with the Jakob Singers and a bilingual programme for children during the worship service. A little reception with coffee/tea and biscuits will follow the service. Please feel free to bring your friends and family along to share the holiday spirit and meet new people.
